Celebrate Australia’s post-war migrant history at Discover Bonegilla

Celebrate the history of Bonegilla and its residents at Discover Bonegilla on Saturday, November 16.

Formerly the Bonegilla Migrant Reception and Training Centre, Bonegilla Migrant Experience is rich in post-war migrant history, with one in 20 Australians having a relative who passed through its doors.

The national heritage listed site is set to come alive with a curated program of cultural experiences, exploration opportunities and entertainment to celebrate its significant Australian history.

Delve into migrant history with a talk or discussion panel, join a guided tour of the last remaining Block 19 or stop by cultural and historical exhibits.

There will be something for the whole family to enjoy, with traditional games and activities for all ages, delicious food options and live music.
