Get the family together, roll up your sleeves and join us during the holidays for an exciting, hands-on pizza-making adventure for all ages.
Local sourdough experts, The Bicycle Baker, will share their secrets and show you how to craft the perfect sourdough pizza base.
After creating your fresh pizza base from scratch, top it off with a tomato-based sauce and your favourite topping - and then enjoy it piping hot, straight from the oven for lunch!
Choose between margherita or ham and pineapple toppings.

Things may get a little messy, be sure appropriate clothing is worn. All ingredients and equipment will be provided to master the art of pizza.

Wheat flour is used in this workshop.
Recommended for ages 8 and over, children 12 and under must be accompanied by a participating adult.
For safety reasons, children 12 and under are to be supervised during the workshop by a paying adult, who is welcome to participate and make their own pizza.

Optional experiences
Participants can choose to explore our National Heritage listed site at their leisure before and/or after the workshop with site admission.
There will be loads of fun and discovery on offer for all ages. Take part in a scavenger hunt, follow the suitcase trail or play traditional games while you explore the former migrant camp.
